How much time do students spend outdoors versus online or in class?
There is no set ratio for outdoor vs online activities as our staff stay intune with the students' learning. Our program is designed to maintain a productive learning environment while offering flexibility and customization to fit the unique needs of each student and their family. We provide a structure that supports both academic success and personal pursuits.
Our program blends outdoor experiential learning with traditional classroom instruction. Students engage in outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, biking or skiing, often covering several kilometers as part of their lessons. This balance ensures that students receive both physical activity and academic instruction, fostering an enriched, dynamic learning experience.
We also work closely with families to create schedules that align with their goals and lifestyle. For more specific details, please contact us directly to discuss how we structure our learning model.

Our staff members are highly qualified Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) with diverse backgrounds in education and outdoor leadership.
In addition to their formal teaching qualifications, many of our educators are well-versed in life coaching methodologies, which they incorporate into their approach to foster personal growth, resilience, and goal-setting in students. They are dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that empowers students both academically and personally.
